V&V Shipping Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to V&V Shipping accounts and freight services. Please read them before sending a package.

Accounts and addressing

Provide accurate contact details, descriptions, invoices, values, and tracking information. Use your personal VVS mailbox number and the U.S. address shown in your account. Incorrect or missing details may delay identification and processing.

Freight, customs, and payment

Published air rates cover packages up to 10 lb. Items over 10 lb, oversized items, and special handling require a quote. Customs duties and taxes, if assessed, and separately disclosed delivery or other service fees are not included in the freight table. Pay amounts due before release unless V&V agrees otherwise.

Restricted goods and schedules

Do not send illegal, dangerous, counterfeit, or carrier-prohibited goods. Ask V&V before sending batteries, liquids, medicines, food, or high-value items. Shipping schedules and delivery times are estimates and can change because of carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside V&V's control.

Storage and collection

Storage is free for the first 14 days after a package becomes ready for collection. From day 15, JMD $100 per package per day applies until the package is collected or delivered. Arrange collection or delivery promptly. Unclaimed goods are handled subject to applicable law and reasonable notice.

Claims and consumer rights

Inspect packages at collection or delivery and report loss, damage, or discrepancies promptly with photographs, the tracking number, purchase invoice, and packaging. V&V will review each claim under applicable law and the relevant carrier terms. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
